Here’s the goal that caused all of the fuss. Personally (and sorry Robbie Keane), I’d rather see France at the World Cup than Ireland anyway.

What a cheat!! Shame that this could be the last chance Robbie can play in a world cup…
why would you rather see france at the world cup?
they’ve been irrelevent since zidane retired. they have no team spirit, and rely on individuals to get them through.
ireland would have provided much greater value to the world cup. both the fans and the team.
Belatant cheating. FIFA bang on about fair play ok so lets have some then. We’ve all had say about video refereeing come on surely its time to do something. Ireland have lost out on world cup qualifying we (spurs) lost out on god knows how much champions league revenue had that goal that Pedro Mendes scored been allowed. Quite clearly this was a case of cheating if you look at the replay again you can see that Henry controlled the ball with his hand to keep it from going out of play and whilst we on the subject of cheating what about the dive from Anelka. Come on FIFA if you want to be taken seriously listen to what is going on around you we can’t all be wrong and you right, moreover video reveiwing would give back the game its credibility. If players can be punished retospectively (Huth Stoke vs West Ham) why cant plays be reveiwed? For heavens sake every week up and down the country on a saturday we question where the ref got six minutes to add on at the end of normal time, how many time could that Henry decision have been reviewed in six minutes? Quite a lot is the answer. Nuff said. Lilywhite til i die.
Henry the cheating scum
just like the ARSE-ANAL always cheating.
