Harry Redknapp has talked about the fall out from Carlo Cudinicini’s motorbike accident last week, refusting claims that the Italian’s career at Spurs is definately over.
“He faces a long, hard road back from this but I think he is going to play again and he is convinced of it,” Redknapp told The Sun.
“He will be on crutches for about 12 weeks. I can’t imagine he’ll play again this season and most of his early rehab work will have to be done at home.
“Carlo was in good spirits for someone who has been through a trauma like this. But he is a strong character and a fantastic professional.
“We have a few keepers on our books. But I am not sure what we will do at present. There has been speculation linking us with several keepers but they are pretty much no-goers.”
