@spurster: we can always recall Naughton and Hutton along with the other Kyle (wherever he went on loan). I would’ve preferred Hutton had stayed.

Spurs are a club used as bait to get bigger clubs to come in…it’s happened time and time again…spurs linked with good european players and then they move elsewhere. Veloso would be great. We have 1 good and 2 “okay” midfielders to fill 2 slots…hardly going to get us in to the top 4.v Not long ago we had 8 players battling for 2 central midfield slots and we finished 5th twice: carrick,davids,davies,mendes, tainio, jenas, huddlestone, brown.

This is not going to happen and is pure media hype. Spurs have not even looked at this played in the window. No midfielf signings until the summer as Sandro is the player wanted and spurs will wait for him. I can assure you 100% this is utter bull
