Another woeful Spurs performance against bottom of the table fodder!Along with Stoke, Wolves & now Hull sees us with 1 point from 9 at the Lane.Today showed us up for what we really are “pretenders” with no idea how to grind down teams that will come to north London,play 5 in the middle and laugh all the way to the bank. Today saw us play an ineffective Robbie Keane for the 1st half of the game and then pump balls up to Peter Crouch for a hopeful header in the 2nd totally devoid of imagination.Harry seems to be wanting tactically when it comes to playing lesser opposition, his substitution of Wilson for Jenas left me flummoxed,surely Palacios with 2 yellows is a far better cry than Jenas with none.With the clock running down and an extra 6mins of injury time would the addition of an extra striker been a bolder option and added more fire power to the urgency in the shape of Roman Pavlyuchenko.And Harry thinks that he doesn’t need to do any business in this transfer Window,If that is so then maybe he needs to buy the same football manual that messers Venger & Fergusson have been using,that would be a nice bit of business.

Another woeful display? What game were you watching? The Hull keeper had the game of his life today and I doubt he will ever play that well again. Some of the double saves he made is something I haven’t seen in a PL match for quite some time. You can’t blame the way Spurs played today as frustrating as it is to only get a point when we dominated. Teams do come and park the bus against us now but that is to be expected. Not playing Crouch from the start is the only moan I can make really. 16 shots on target is quite a total and on any other day it would have been 5-0. I’m surprised MOTD had enough time to show all the saves. Let’s hope at the end of the season this game, the Wolves and the Stoke games don’t cost us. It would be bad luck if it did as I believe we didn’t get any luck in these games. Spurs are playing very well and keeping clean sheets. It’s a huge game at Anfield on Wednesday and I just hope we play well again and hopefully the goals will come. At least City lost. I still can’t believe we didn’t get the 3 points day. in the three games against stoke wolves & hull, what has been the common denominator?, in those games arry has felt the need to start the game with keane, even though it is clear that he has clearly lost it this season, why did he not start him against man c,we have struggled to score against these teams at home, yet pav never gets a chance, maybe the penny will soon drop with arry, if he can start with a clearly off form keane he could do no worse than give pav a go.
